Sarah Ross

Parts and Warranty Coordinator

Sarah plays a key role in our service department as our new Parts & Warranty Coordinator. She brings over two and a half years of experience to the team, having first joined Solara in October 2022 as part of our Customer Care team. In April 2025, she transitioned into her current position, where she continues to support our customers with dedication and expertise.


Outside of work, Sarah enjoys life’s simple pleasures—taking relaxing walks, hiking scenic trails, and spending quality time with her beloved family and friends. A true movie lover, she also treasures cozy nights in with a great film when she's not helping customers get the most out of their hot tub experience.
