Hot Tub Accessories (i.e. heatshields, steps, GFCI's etc.): 7 Days from the date of delivery and or pickup.

 

• Any hot tub accessories not returned in their original packaging are not subject to returns or exchanges.

• Applicable 20 percent restocking fee may apply to used or damaged items returned in their original packaging and within the 7 day period.

 

Patio Furniture & Accessories: 7 Days from the date of delivery and or pickup.

 

• All unused items returned in their original packaging are subject to full refund within the 7 day period.

• Applicable 20 percent restocking fee applies to used or damaged items returned in their original packaging and within the 7 day period. 

• Applicable pickup and/or delivery charges will apply to all returnable items. These charges are the responsibility of the purchaser and are subject to variances dependent on distance and or time.

• All patio accessories not returned in their original packaging are not subject to returns or exchanges.

• All unused water care accessories returned in their original packaging are subject to full refund within 7 days from the date of purchase.

• All unused filters returned in their original packaging are subject to full refund within 14 days from the date of purchase. A 50% restocking fee will apply to all custom order filter returns.
